We could not believe how fabulous the staff was. Mai and Sally were very helpful when my wife had to go to the hospital for pneumonia. They did everything possible to make by stay exceptional while she was in the hospital. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Ken

Kim from the frontdesk was amazing, very lovely, helpful and friendly. She provided us an itinerary for rainy days which was nice. We received a free upgrade to a room with bathtub. The room was 1 hour before check-in time ready. It was located at the end of the corridor and was quiet, no noise from the corridor or neighbors. It was very clean, the bathroom equipped with a Japanese toilet and linnen also. Beds are very comfortable (for European standards), size is about 160 x 200 cm and we loved the black out curtains. AC worked perfectly and quiet. Western and Asian breakfast available which is different every day, not too much choice but just enough. At the breakfast area you can get free snacks and tea/water throughout the day. Perfect location. About few minutes walking from the MTR station. Recommended!
