I absolutely love everything about this property. the staffs were always so helpful with my requests and she even booked me a rental car for the nights that I travel outside of Taipei and didnt stay with them. the breakfast was exceptional. Also during check out they gave us this drawn personalised card. this is a 6 star hotel service! i would definitely come back again and recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

The location is the best, it locates in the heart of Ximending. Their staff is very helpful, you can order the pineapple pies or famous crackers from the reception. And staff helped us called the van transfer to the airport.

    Superb location, close to airport and suburban MRT. My room very spacious, very clean and modern. Also very close to access to underground malls that connect to stations - useful for inclement weather. Another Hotel going green, by not oversupplying amenities or daily housekeeping. If staying as a family, walk the kids past the fire trucks on the same block. Lobby is a "cafe style" affair, where bought breakfast, lunch or dinner can be eaten while looking at Taipei Main Station.

    Fantastic value, considering how close it is to the Taipei main station, and pretty easy to go anywhere in Taipei. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.     The room was just nice for two. We chose one with a shared toilet and bathroom, which was fine since they were on the same level. The bed was comfortable, and breakfast was provided with a good variety. Considering the price, it was definitely worth it. The hostel was also conveniently located near both Taipei Main Station and Songshan Station, making it easy to get around the city.

    Raymond at the front door is the best!!!!! He is the nicest and went out of his way to help us. He was so knowledgeable and spoke really good English. My son had been in tawain for 3 months learning Mandarin, so he took time to talk and help my son. It really meant alot. Every hotel needs a Raymond! The front desk gentleman with the longer hair was super nice and funny too. The breakfast was a little wild, but good. Location was the best! Walking distance to taipei main station, night market and different shopping districts!

    Memorable stay at Hinoen Hotel. Sparking clean, they clean the room every day, room smells good, japanese toilet, great shower. Bed is so comfortable. They allowed me to borrow their clothing iron which irons clothes soo well my OOTDs are perfect and neat! Location is perfect, just 5 mins from Z10 exit of Taipei main station. It was a lovely stay and I will book it again when I go back to Taiwan.
