Big and comfortable family room, for 4 of us, with a living room and a separate bedroom. excellent and warm service, fantastic jacuzzi, very quiet- we were on the 10th floor facing the street but heard no sounds. The airco was adequate, silent but sometimes needed to be turned down quite low to be cold enough. The beds were comfortable though the king sized bed was a little harder than what we are used to. A 5 to 7 minute walk to the closest subway station. Several restaurants within 1 to 2 blocks at different price points, though most of them close at around 8 or 8.30 pm. Would definitely stay here again next time!

Staff is very nice and helpful. Free laundry room. Large rooms that are clean and modern. Location is really good, close by the blue line subway station. The Starbucks inside the building is nice.

We had a photo taken, had cake and Papaya milkshake on the...

We had a photo taken, had cake and Papaya milkshake on the 89th floor viewing platform. Didn’t have time to shop unfortunately. We were ahead of the big surge of people being there at 11:30am. Spent 2.5hours and our hired driver/tour guide picked us up. This was our last stop on the hired 6hour private car tour from YO-LO.company.

If you arrive before 10 am , you might find the mall closed...

If you arrive before 10 am , you might find the mall closed so I just walked down to the basement entrance where the food court entrance is open then went up to the 2 floor via lift follow signs to ticket office so I was able to be one of the first people to get tickets.. totally awesome views even on a wet dull day.

There are several food shops nearby for quick bites or casual dining. Although breakfast options are limited, the dishes were delicious and satisfying. The hotel provides an espresso machine and a snack bat, both available free of charge throughout your stay.

Really nice place with convenient location for accessing by bus, train, taxi or on foot. 24hr laundromat is about a 10-15 min walk down the street. The building has only one washing and one drying machine. The elevator is fast. The rooms were perfect and had three beds and a full sized bathroom. The hotel called an airport transfer for part of the group which was nice. The breakfast is good and the sets were slightly different each time which added more variety. Pretty close to a lot of main sites. Taipei 101 is only a 30 min walk away.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was impressively spacious and very clean. The crowning jewel was the breathtaking view from our window, where we could enjoy the iconic Taipei 101 and the sparkling Taipei nightscape

Breakfast actually quite nice, nice hotel, room clean and comfortable, good location about 10 min from MRT station with two lines (red and yellow). With MRT about 10 minutes to main station and about the same to Taipei 101. Local neighborhood clean and business like but with many side street markets nearby. Convenient stores nearby. There were some restaurants but I did not check them out. I also did not check out hotel facilities, if any (i.e. I needed a good, safe and clean place to sleep).
