Kind and eager to ensure guests had anything and everything needed including a non sensationalist but sensible introduction to shelter proceedings amidst the current situation Ukrainians are unfairly enduring. The hotel is very comfortable and modern. The staff were welcoming, room was very comfortable and had everything I needed! It's perfect if you need to travel by train before/after as its right next to the main entrance to the Kyiv Central Station. I highly recommend this hotel!
