Very clean, great location, bed was comfortable, hotel was designed beautifully, staff was accommodating, had a great surprise for the birthday boy to enjoy in room waiting (thank you so much), open communication with staff and all requests was fulfilled.

The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was big and the bathroom was big with a lovely power shower. The location is excellent, just down the road from the public library and Grand Central Station, which are tourist destinations in their own right.
