Everything , the location is great, though it is not at the center (times square) we rather liked it. Rooms clean and quiet, lots of places to eat nearby. The staff and manager were so nice and helpful . Rooftop is nice bonus as well ....

I was pleasantly surprised. The quality of the pillows, mattress & bed linens was superb, the bathroom fixtures, the bathrobes, Nespresso coffee, everything was top notch. I wish I could have stayed longer
