An absolute amazing stay which highly exceeded our expectations. The room was bliss, such a comfortable bed and mattress and the little kitchenette was supplied with everything you could need. The staff was so lovely and quick to help up. We definitely need to come back and stay for longer too.

Amazing place. We love it. After an awful experience with another booking place we rented and paid in full for our short vacations, we decided to ask for a refund and moved to this holiday inn resort. Thank GOD best decision even. Clean, comfortable, nice pool area, friendly staff. Highly recommended

    Fun while getting more expensive everyday..I don't like being on my phone while on vacation., except to communicate with family.. that's why most people go on vacation is to unwind from all the technical work world we live in..

    Great restaurants and attractions.

    Great restaurants and attractions. I don't like that people basically are being asked to pay for a fast pass or lightning lane. Todes were shut down at animal kingdom which were also due to rain. Due to rain, the park should stay open later. It closes too early. By the time people start moving again when the rain stops, the park is ready closed.

    Park at Disney Springs and take the bus in to Disney World for free!! It’s a Disney buss and they take you to a resort close to Epcot and then you just walk over! Really cool new experience. No $25 to park!!

    Epcot is great, lots more walking that some of the other parks, but still great. My family loves the Guardian of the galaxy ride. I have been in there twice in our last visits, but i have decide it i'm done. Is Soooo extreme.

    Our kid hated it in the 90's, our Gradkids hated it in 2015, though we all enjoyed Soarin' Overpriced, queues too long (as always) need to go out of season (weather cooler, queues shorter, prices still high though)

    Resort is very convenient to Disney parks. Just love the idea of being able to take the short boat ride to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios. So easy and convenient. Took away a nice quick service restaurant and replace with an arcade. What a bonehead idea, no one ever uses it. People don't spend thousands of $$ to go on vacation , and then go to an arcade.

    Loved how clean and smelling so good the lobby was. Rooms were nicely clean. Breakfast was also delicious. Loved that they have like a mini market were you can purchase drinks, and a very nice variety of snacks. Also a freezer to purchase frozen goods like Icecream and burritos. They also have a pizzeria, we did ordered from them and they were also good. We reserved this hotel cause we were going to epcot, which is conveniently just 8 mins away. We TULLY LOVED this Hotel.

    I loved the food options for all meals. Loved the locstion and the grounds were gorgeous. The pools Were great. I loved the boardwalk and shops and food options. I loved that you could walk to Epcot. Transportation was fantastic to the parks.

    Excellent location, 10 min walk (or boat ride) to both Epcot and Hollywood Studios and free transport to MK, AK and Disney Springs. Hotel is modern, clean and spacious. Good coffee shop on site open from 6am. Lovely pool area with a slide, never felt crowded.

    The hotel just finished renovating in April and it did not disappoint! It was beautifully decorated and the beds surprisingly comfortable. The front desk staff was exceptional and so helpful and accommodating. It was only about a 10 min uber to Epcot and Disney Springs. Would definitely stay again if the price stays affordable!!

    We have been there numerous times to go to Disney and Epcot and we found the room amazingly clean bed. Very comfortable. The place smells so good very very clean. Very friendly people.
