Location, cleanliness, and most of all, the staff! Kiara was really nice. She checked me in and did a good job. Also, the guy at the front desk on the 1st floor helped me with a forgotten item when i checked out my room. Orlando AC hotel is 5x better than the Miami location. People in Orlando are much nicer! Their toilets work, and they have a microwave. It changes everything. The valet person outside the hotel was also cool!

The room was great, the bed was very comfortable and big. Everything was clean. The mini fridge wasn't so mini, so that's a plus. The breakfast had good and yummy options. The hotel was close to the amtrak station and in a very nice area.

    The location of the property was amazing. The house is absolutely gorgeous. The inside was super clean, my kids loved the video games and the game room.. The rooftop deck is amazing to relax and get a beautiful view of the downtown Orlando skyline. Would without a doubt stay here again. The host was very communicative.

    We had a fantastic stay at this downtown Orlando highrise., the views were stunning. The buildings Amenities and the location was perfect for exploring downtown Orlando we enjoyed strolling around the lake and the sounds of the city. A great inconvenience. We would definitely recommend a spot to anyone looking for a great downtown Orlando experience.

    Everything about this hotel is excellent. The staff is super helpful and accommodating. The restaurant and bar are great. I can’t think of any other place I’d rather stay when I am downtown Orlando.
