I normally stay in higher end hotels but found this to be very adequate for my purposes. I would have given it higher marks except there was a cock roach in our room which didn't please me. Every one of the staff was great!

Sheraton was all booked out so we stayed here but we really loved our stay. Staffs were very kind, room was very clean. Only one thing was there was no sugar in coffee area in the room. Bed was clean, warm comforter and soft. We would love to stay here again.

The Pomona mining company restaurant is right across the street..great food, the staff there are amazing. Also you might get lured into staying here because it is so close to the Pomona fairplex. Don't do it. The photos are old and from the good old days, if there were any.

They provided soap, shampoo, conditioner, and clean towels. They had air conditioning and heater. Much parking, close to dennys, Pomona fairplex, and gas station.

I called multiple times to ask about late arrival and if they have digital keys for a room that cost nearly $200. No answer on phone or through chat line. Staff friendly and apologetic. Lobby is dark and creepy. Whole place smells bad, but especially halls and elevators. Room and bathroom was clean, but the cleaning products they use burned my throat all night. Not worth $190.
