It's very hard to find pet friendly hotels. PlumpJack's accommodates pets for an additional fee. Grounds around hotel are very pet friendly. The facility is older and not fancy, but it really is a comfortable, clean, well maintained hotel. Additionally, it is right across from Olympic Village and ski lifts.

This was a wonderful place to stay! Except for weekends when Tahoe City is really expensive this is a really reasonably priced place. The staff are brilliant, we arrived really early and were able to sit in their lovely lounge and drink coffee till the room was ready. Casey at the front desk was lovely. It is super close to Safeway and the lake and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

This Tahoe City Resort is on the west shore of Lake Tahoe and is 30 miles from Harrah’s Casino. This historic resort has lake access and spacious rooms equipped with free Wi-Fi.
