Bridger Inn Hotel Downtown is located in the heart of the historic downtown district of Las Vegas. Cozy room, cleaner than the photos portrayed. Nice bathroom.
Conveniently located on the Strip at Boulevard South, just 4 blocks north of the Stratosphere Hotel and Casino, Thunderbird Boutique Hotel offers a bar, restaurant and a wedding chapel onsite. Very clean, my heater worked, easy parking, simple menus and very yummy food.
On Fremont Street, this downtown Las Vegas hotel is in the heart of the Fremont Street Experience. This Las Vegas hotel and casino features a free shuttle to Sam's Town for guests' convenience. Love the feel and look. Enjoyed the food, and Staff were courteous, professional and helpful.
I love it. The best In Las Vegas because all casinos are close together and I feel safe. The strip is miles of walking just to see one large casino. Please do not get stuck on the strip in the heat. It is very dangerous and most people do not know when your in that traffic with all the people walking you can not just get out. There are many heat strokes and most people do not bring water in the 110 ten degree heat.
The atmosphere is so different here from the strip. It seemed very unsafe. Lots of homeless begging for money. It seems like a ''knockoff'' version of the strip. Casinos were old and stunk so bad, hotels were old and worn, people were either super drunk and stumbling or old. The atmosphere was weird, it just didn't feel safe to be out at night time down there. We stayed on the strip for 4 nights and were staying on fremont for 2 nights before heading home. Well after 2 hours on fremont we booked a room on the strip again and headed back there. I would not recommend this place to anyone under the age of 45.
Something different from the Strip. Can party like the locals, but has the atmosphere like any downtown in any city. There are transients around, but the buildings have been upgraded. It's nice and grimy at the same time.
Very busy and buzzing with life. Not a place for little kids on a Friday or Saturday night as there are beggers with cardboard signs with swear words of them. Not nice. A must is seeing a group called Spandex Nation who play at a weekend. Fun Rock band with a great following.
All the live bands we're amazing. Less costly than the Strip. If u want fun and not spend alot of cash I recommend Fremont. U want a good buffet that's not expensive, try Mainstreet casino off Fremont. $13 all u can eat buffet.👌🏽
Fremont has changed a lot in the last two years tremendously. Very disappointed in how it is now. Super ghetto and smells of vomit. Marijuana smoke fills the air. Employees at white castle are super rude.

The room is up to date, large TV but limited channels. The beds are comfortable and it felt like a good room. The elevator to get to the room is near the elevator to the parking garage so you don't have to walk through the casino, which is nice. If you want to be in Fremont Street area but not directly on it, this location is perfect being a block away from Fremont Street Experience. Parking is easy to get in and out of as well. Noodle House restaurant inside was VERY good, I'd eat there even if I wasn't staying there.

El Cortez has modernized since the Jackie Gaughn days. Just a short walk away from the Fremont Street Experience. Naked City pizza in the hotel was great. The price was a bargain.
