The location was amazing. There's lots of great restaurants nearby, walking distance for most POIs, amazing views. We were there before Christmas so the decorations were a big plus. Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Also, the bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet despite the hotels central location. Amazing hotel overall.

Lots to do while there, not just standing and looking at water and buildings. Be prepared for fun for children and adults. Amusement rides, museum along with plenty of eats and relax with beverages to music in The Gardens

Before covid Chicago was an amazing place to be; so much to see, do and eat. Soooo much history and the 19th century architecture is beyond beautiful. Hopefully some day I will be able to walk Michigan Ave, Navy Pier and all the amazing old neighborhoods again without the mask police around. :-)

Close to Jeffery to either drive or catch a bus to a Chicago hotspot check out navy pier & grab a bite to eat or go see a movie at ford city. If you need to order something be sure to inform the person on shift they will look out for you. Chicago is known for for its flip flop weather be sure to pack something if it get cold hence you ordering something.

Love the location. Walking distance to shopping center, groceries stores are within 5 minutes walk. Navy Pier is only 13 minutes away. Staff are very friendly. Room is spacious compared to most of the hotels. Was experiencing some noise but they fixed the problem quickly.

we upgraded to a higher room with a better view and that was worth the extra money, the room was close to the elevators and was a bit noisier than we would have like, the location was great, right next to the river and we had a view of navy pier

The location of this hotel is central to many of the tourist sights (Navy Pier, parks, etc). It is alos within walking distance of some very good restaurants and shops along thr Magnificent Mile. The best part of this hotel is the staff, everyone was courteous and helpful no matter what the ask. I witnessed them helping out several guests and they were always courteous and helpful.

Staff is exceptional. It's not a fancy hotel, but more of a modern vibe. Our suite was spotlessly clean. It was large with all the comforts of home. The location is in a more upscale area and easy walk to catch a city bus to the Shedd Aquarium or the Navy Pier. It was worth every dollar.
