Everything!!! By far the most beautiful and memorable place we have ever stayed. Sparkling clean, fresh, modern but earthy. The bed and linens made for a perfect night's sleep. The view, the grounds, all of it... amazing. At check in, we were offered a complimentary upgrade due to some wedding guests that had lingered and were still occupying the room above the one we had booked. We accepted the upgrade and couldn't have been happier. This will be on our happy place list forever!

    Spectacular at low tide where you can walk the beach for...

    Spectacular at low tide where you can walk the beach for quite a while. The water is quite cold even in summer but the pools left behind with the low tide warm up nicely and are fun for little ones to enjoy. The sand is soft and clean. The water is clear if you wish to swim. Plenty of facilities as well.

    The Colonial Hotel dates back to the 19th century and is a beautiful building. Our hotel room was nicely appointed, clean, comfortable, and our room had a great view of Ogunquit Beach. Friendly staff greeted us and quickly checked us in. We made use of the pool on the hot humid day. The hotel is located very near Marginal Way walking trail. Also, many restaurants were close by (3-10 minute walk).

    It's a clean, reliable motel. Rooms are updated and consistently clean. Can walk to the PorchBar (live performances every day, no cover) and other local spots in town. The walk to Ogunquit Beach is doable, maybe 10-15 minutes, and the beach is big and beautiful! I recommend cutting through the toen lot across the street to the beach as the back roads make an easier walk than walking down the main streets to the beach. I have stayed here several times for the location, and it's always been great!

    The breakfast on the porch with the view of the river and ocean beyond was incredible. Breakfast food was a nice variety and beautifully presented. Location is really the best bc of the proximity to the shops, restaurants and Ogunquit Beach. Our room was in the Court motel section off Beach St. Convenient to load and unload your car. We were on the first floor. Very quiet even though we were by the ice machine. The pool is smaller than it looks, but very inviting. I would definitely stay here again.

    My boyfirend and I loved the location, across the street from Marginal Way, a quick walk to Ogunquit Beach, and right next to all the shops and restaurants. The 2 front desk agents were very friendly during check in and check out. We enjoyed the mini kitchenette, we were able to have coffee in the morning and use some silverware on leftovers. Also the shampoo, contditioner, and lotion were nice quality in the room. Bed was also comfortable.
