Everything, excellent location downtown yet quiet. The room was unique, well appointed and so comfortable. The staff are very nice and attending. We even got a call asking when we would arrive so that they could greet us. The restaurant was first class and the complimentary breakfast was by far the best that I have ever had. We adjust our travel plans so that we can enjoy a night here.

it’s in perfect condition, right in town, near the park and Shakespeare Festival

Highlight was breakfast. A chance to visit with our hosts and other guests. Hosts were friendly, fun and helpful. Food was amazing. I had forgotten to tell them I'm veggie and they pivoted in a second, even while accommodating another guest's gluten intolerance. Two course breakfast on the deck with fresh, local ingredients and delicious. They'll share their recipes! Room was warm and immaculately clean. Place felt just like I want a B&B to feel -- inviting and cozy.

"MJ" at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, the place was very clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom fixtures were new and modern. The room had a full size microwave and a small fridge. This is a family owned business and it shows. We had an exceptional stay.

I liked that we didn’t have to go far for meals dinner and breakfast my husband and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary the Larks restaurant made our night special thank you so much
