Location, cleanliness, and most of all, the staff! Kiara was really nice. She checked me in and did a good job. Also, the guy at the front desk on the 1st floor helped me with a forgotten item when i checked out my room. Orlando AC hotel is 5x better than the Miami location. People in Orlando are much nicer! Their toilets work, and they have a microwave. It changes everything. The valet person outside the hotel was also cool!

Grand Bohemian towers over the Arts District in Orlando and has a rooftop swimming pool with panoramic views of the city. It offers luxurious accommodations and 2 fine dining restaurants.

The cleaning staff missed our room but the manager quickly addressed this issue in the evening. The bartender was exceptional and the breakfast was great!
