Overall very comfortable stay. Lots of room to spread out our collection of ski trip clothing and gear. They provided us a free upgrade as well since there were few guests and a cancelation. Beautifully decorated with large photo murals of local outdoor scenes in room and hallways.

We loved the facility! We came here from Wisconsin to celebrate our honeymoon and have a family vacation. Everything was wonderful!

The property was clean and well maintained. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Short drive to downtown and walking trails - hotel is perfectly placed between the two! Staff and breakfast were great!

Very happy with the location and the front desk employees were all very nice, one younger guy in particular was very helpful giving us a map with several dinner ideas that he was personally familar with. The room was clean and comfortable.

We loved EVERYTHING about Scotty’s Motel! But, more than the location and its room, we truly loved the hospitality from its owner, Tom. He went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one: care and quality, incredible cleanliness, and even helped plan our activities and meals! His recommendations were excellent and we are truly looking forward to staying with him again! We already meet a family on our trip and just recommended Scotty’s on their upcoming trip to Munising!
