Thank You Medoley who checked us in and give us that family welcome and also Gabriella & Loida. The staff and management is very hard working and they Will go to moon and stars to ensure your stay is satisfying.
The pleasant smiles from both the young lady in the Arabic wear and the managers and the breakfast buffet. Around my stay I bump into the managers in the elevator and they as well was very pleasant to ask how are you and if you are enjoying your stay.
Valet Parking is 100% effective and efficent. The guys who help you with your luggage also cool and friendly.
House Keeping Ladies are a gem, they do an marvelous job in cleaning your suite and also they are trustworthy, i left all of my electronic devices; laptop camera go pro etc on the table and they did not even moved it. Thank You House keeping for your trust and honesty....

getting from port to airport is easy if you use the rail...
getting from port to airport is easy if you use the rail system and get the correct train running the correct direction.There is a service at the port which take one to a shuttle which take you to the start of the rail. Ask questions and for $2.25 you get to airport. Takes 2+hours from port to airport

We stayed overnight before a cruise so didn't really do much other than eat dinner and sleep. The port was okay and we appreciated the good organization and service by cruise ship companies who made port to airport transfers easy as well as the processing of cruise passengers during onboarding and offboarding. Would like to see more quality hotels that are budget friendly for those only in Miami for cruises though.

One of the easiest cruise ports to navigate. Always easy to unload, find parking, and board the ship. Parking rates are reasonable. Entry and exit is easy. Stay near the port and enjoy Bayside Market before or after your cruise.

Lovely hotel. Super clean and modern. Friendly staff. Great location for walking. And Bonus point for being contracted with a shuttle company for the Port of Miami for cruises! There is even a Publix within very short walking distance with a full service Starbucks on the inside. Would totally stay here again, even if not cruising!

The room was very nice. Comfortable bed. The staff was amazing. The airport shuttle driver will take you anywhere to eat or shop for a few bucks. Transportation to the Port of Miami was handled through the front desk.

Perfect Location to Port of Miami. Across the street is the Bayside Marketplace which is a mini outlet for shopping and restaurants and excursions. CVS, Walgreens and Ross are near to the hotel to pick up last minuite items. Near the Miami Heat Stadium. Restaurant on site, take advantage of the complimentary drinks the hotel offers.
