The staff was super friendly. The breakfast bar had a great selection even with do it yourself pancakes. The room was very spacious & even had a hot tub though I didn't have time to use it.

Loved the “death by chocolate” waffles, with chocolate batter, Hershey’s syrup, whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles! Terrific value for the money. Will stay here again when I get to Erie next time.

    We loved the location! It was at the center of everything’s close to splash lagoon and presque isle state park beaches. Plenty of restaurants near by as well. Would highly recommend. We will be back!

    The location was great. Close to Presque Isle State Park and beaches and had what they called a "private beach access" you can walk to. It wasn't what I would call beach access but you could see the water and it was a good place to sit and watch the lake and to hunt for sea glass. Front porch sitting was enjoyable. Had adequate a/c units. Plenty of towels. House contact manager Lindsay was very friendly and helpful when problems arose.

    The Oasis Tike Bar across the street was a highlight. Great food and drinks. Avanti's for breakfast was also very good. The pool looked like fun but didn't get the chance to swim. Location close to Presque Isle State Park was excellent. Went there for morning walks, a run and swimming in the lake.
