We traveled to Chicago to attend a concert at the Soldier Field stadium and the hotel was within walking distance as advertised. In fact, it was centrally located to the park with the Chicago bean and many restaurants, so that was a major bonus. The staff was very accommodating and sent a maintenance worker up promptly when I informed them the refrigerator in the room was not working.
