The Drury plaza was amazing, all of the staff were incredible. The GM was there helping along with all the other staff, when it was dinner and breakfast. I really don't think she ever went home. We will definitely be back

We had an emergency right after checking in. My daughter had to be taken to the hospital. I wish I knew the names of the people who helped us. They called ambulance, they helped to keep my 9 yr old grandson calmed down. They handled the situation professionally and with compassion. We didn't even get to stay one night. We will be back for our little vacation we had planned Thank you so much
