The staff was friendly always accommodating and very helpful. The pool with the kid friendly part was the icing on the cake for my kids. They went to the pool the evening before and after breakfast the next day. The age requirement was helpful because I could leave my older son with his younger brother. Great that you're a family friendly hotel in a big city, many hotels don't offer this option.

I love the swimming pool how it views Mt.Hood, staff makes sure you have everything you need. breakfast was amazing. Enjoyed the bar down stairs for night caps. I will definitely be returning !

From the second I was greeted I had staff open the door for me, they were super intentive and kind the whole time. We were hungry and decided to check out the restaurant up top. The staff there were awesome and made sure our glasses never went empty! Definitely will be returning.
