If they are booked out online, they have a couple tickets extra at the door. Take the time to chat with a survivor, they are very approachable and have their stories on papers they hand you. The museum is vast and when groups first enter it is very crowded and people spend a lot of time reading/ waiting to read every sign. For some folks it might be best to skip ahead a bit to spread out. There is a lot of content to cover.
