The new owners have done a remarkable job getting Cedar Grove back in shape. It is beautifully restored and very comfortable. Kendra warmly welcomes guests and is happy to show you around the historical property, showing interesting features and secrets. The food was homemade and tasty, and the bar is a great addition.

Location was great for walking into Vicksburg: just a few minutes. Breakfast was at the main hotel just one block away which is actually a 19th century mansion offering silver service and guided tours. The staff and service were 1st class. Halpino is 6 rooms in a separate building and it is lovely. Highly recommended.
