God, this is really heaven in Vietnam. If you are planning to go to BA Na Hills, yah this is the right place to stay. Huge buffet, friendly and nice staff. No words, unforgettable memories in my life 💯 There's an indoor warm water pool in there but most people are not aware.

The property is huge with a lot of amenities. They have several pools to choose from and a massive outdoor lazy river. The staff are very friendly especially towards kids, and very knowledgeable. They offer several trips to the surrounding area for an additional fee. the villas are separate from the actual hotel building, and are very nice and roomy.

The crowds are huge, so to get the best picture taking opportunities with less crowded conditions stay at the Mercure Hotel and you'll have opportunities to take less crowded pictures of Ba Na Hills and the Golden Bridge early in the morning and later in the afternoons before the crowds come/leave that are on a day trip to Ba Na Hills"

    OK, so if the question is: is it a good idea to go to Bana Hills? The answer is defintely YES, and that comes from a family which is not into theme parks. Naturally the Golden Bridge is a must, but we loved Fantasy Land, it's good fun for the whole family. And going up there, you are surrounded by a vast amazing tropical forest. We got there for the opening and went straight to the bridge and it was probably the right time. Many people, of course, but we still manage to take nice pictures. As europeans, it was fun to walk through the French village. A good exprerience, really.

    Ba Na Hill complex is wide spread and needs couple of hours to enjoy. The access to the mountain top is by a cable car which gives a very picturesque view of the vegetation below. Golden Bridge is certainly highlight of visit to Bana hills. One should plan the visit by utilising the combo offer by inclusion of lunch, which is priced at half rate in comparison to what one will have to pay if bought on top.

    Staying here was truly a wonderful experience for my family. The house was clean and well prepared, which made us feel at home. Besides that, the host was very friendly, shared with us many helpful tips as well as great recommendations on places to visit. Thanks to his advice we went to My Khe Beach, saw the Dragon Bridge, explored Ba Na Hills and visited Han Market. Da Nang felt lively welcoming and full of interesting things to discover. This trip was unforgettable for our family ^-^

    We had such a great time staying here. The host was incredibly friendly and shared with us lots of tips as well as recommendations for must visit places. Thanks to his advice, we got to enjoy My Khe Beach, visit Dragon Bridge, and explore Ba Na Hills. Da Nang truly is a wonderful city to live in beautiful vibrant and full of warm welcoming people.     The location is very convenient as it is near the beach and you can find everything on the street it is on. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Best location when you visit Da Nang. Their breakfast has enough options to try some of Vietnamese delicacies. They offer shuttle service going to Ba Na Hills ay affordable price - cheaper than Grab.

    The location was excellent, and the room was comfortable. The bathroom did get clogged after one shower, but it was fixed right away. Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of traditional Vietnamese dishes and fresh tropical fruits.The free airport shuttle pickup was a nice touch. We also booked the same driver for tours to Ba Na Hills, Lady Buddha, and other nearby sights—everything went smoothly.

    Lovely Apartment twin toilets, rooms, kitchen, a real family apartment which you cant get in hotels. Great space, nice practical kitchen, 3 TVs although they needed a bit of work to view by set up. Apartments now called Altara but all taxi also know 4 Point which is the Hotel side by Sheraton. Good location in a quieter area but still lots of facilities nearby including a lovely beach across the road. Our Host owner was great in communications and also helped with transportation to Ba Na Hills.

    This place was a gem. The location was excellent, walking distance to the beach, quick grab to all nearby locations like Cho Con, Cho Dong Da, Sơn Trả night market near the Dragon bridge . The staff were all super nice and friendly and even helped us book our trip to Ba Na Hills the morning of. Highly recommend for families with young kids , couples or parents.     I booked two rooms for my family—one dorm room and one double room. The dorm room was on the 2nd floor and had large windows, which was great. However, the double room was on the 5th floor and lacked big windows, making it feel quite humid. The hotel is located inside Ba Na Hills, which was a major advantage. Staying here meant we didn’t have to deal with crowds of tourists while taking pictures and enjoying the beautiful architecture. Dinner and breakfast were served as a buffet with a wide variety of options.
