We loved staying at this hotel! It was clean and just far enough away to be quiet/peaceful, but close enough to easily bike or walk to restaurants. Breakfast was also really good! While there are a lot of homestay options in this area we learned the hard way they were not ideal (thin walls, cold and dirty- at least the one we booked originally) so this hotel was so greatly appreciated after a bad prior experience.

great location and staff was so friendly. And everything. Set up tours, we've got us bikes. made sure we were safe and we knew we were doing. Phuc was amazing. what a good guy. also the gardener/ everything guy was amazing too. forgot the waitress and the receptionist but they were both excellent

The location was beautiful, right amongst rice fields and the karsts and a short walk or cycle into town. Breakfast was delicious. We were offered help with organizing trips and had free use of bicycles. The pool was wonderful to cool down in after a busy day sightseeing. A wonderful stay.

The rooms are clean and spacious. I am deeply thankful for all the help and kindness the staff has shown us. The best service in the whole of our 4 week Vietnam trip. We wanted to stay longer but understandably they were fully booked. The place is scenic and everything is in decent biking distance. The city is 5 min walk away.I would give 10 * if I could.

The bungalow was superb. The owner Ms. Nga and her family were helpful and kind. They helped us check in early and buy a ticket from Ha Noi to Ninh Binh. Location were great, tranquil and peaceful. They also have waterfall next.

    We rode a bike from Tam Coc central, to Bich Dong—it's about a 20-minute ride. You will be expected to pay a small fee to park your bike. Be careful of locals who like to play guides, offering to show you the way and then demanding a fee. You can walk around this site easily without the need for a guide. It's one of the many ancient and pretty sites that Vietnam has to offer.

    They advertise the pagoda, but this is really a huge complex of new temples for tourist, and the pagoda is just one of these many constructions. The views into the far distance are of nice karst scenery which is nice towards the end of the day. But really? Not much worth seeing in our opinion. Its just something that has been built so that they can grab the tourist dollars.

    The property is very pretty it’s clean and well decorated. The staff are incredibly nice and accommodating. They are very helpful and would gladly book us with reliable drivers for our DIY trips to Hoang Mua Cave and Trang An :) you can also rent the hotel’s bikes which we used to visit Bich Dong Pagoda All in all we would stay here again in a heartbeat🥰

    Stayed a total of 4 days with family. Location is very quiet best for relaxation. Hotel is very clean. Pictures posted are accurate. Bich Dong Pagoda, Tam Coc Center & Bird Park can be reached by bike (even by kids). Mua Cave is 8 kms away. Food is great. Staff are all welcoming and very helpful, excellent service. Requested for car rental, driver was also very good. Will definitely stay again and recommend.

    The hotel is nice , new and clean, good quality furnitures. Everything like in the pictures. The staff are really nice and willing to help with enthusiasm whenever we ask something. The place is very near Thung Nang, Tam Coc and Bich Dong pagoda. Bikes are free for use. Breakfast was ok, not many options but always fresh juice and fruits.

    Mai was so sweet and helpful, speaks excellent English. She has done an amazing job with this homestay. We borrowed some bikes (free) and went to Hang Mua and Bich Dong Pagoda. Hot shower, soft bed, nice view. Lots of construction right now on the front side of the property but it didn’t bother us- it’s going to be awesome when the pool is complete!

    I recently stayed at Tam Coc Marina Villa and had a fantastic experience. The room was clean, spacious, very comfortable and the view was soooo perfect! The staff were friendly and helpful especially Jenny. She’s so sweet and making sure all our needs were met promptly. The villa location is perfect, with easy access to major attractions like Mua Cave and Bich Dong Pagoda. The amenities, including the pool and garden, were excellent. I highly recommend Tam Coc Marina Villa for anyone visiting Ninh Binh.

    I stumbled upon this place last minute when I decided to stay in the area instead of return with the rest of the crowds to Hanoi. It’s situated in the most beautiful, quiet country road with a private cave that you can use to boat to Bich Dong Pagoda. The staff treats you like family and food is excellent. It was the first authentic experience I had in this area.
