Very clean, comfortable, serene. My room was very big. But the staff and customer service is impeccable! I went to each of the recommendations the staff gave me and they were all amazing. The hotel itself is a bit of a walk from the Old Town, but it makes up for it by being peaceful and quiet.

The staff at this hotel were so lovely and attentive, (especially Jay!!) they made sure we had everything we needed and provided us with multiple vouchers for a free massage, afternoon tea and drinks. The room was spacious and clean, huge comfy bed and a bath!! We loved our stay here and would highly recommend you stay here the value for money is amazing!!

Great location, only a short walk from the loom bridge to see the memories of Hoi An show. The staff is really nice, the facilities were great. Two indoor pools and great breakfast included.
