Location wise, it’s in District 01, accessible to restaurants, church, Ben thanh market, and other stores! The hotel’s guests are warm, friendly, welcoming. I’m happy with the variety of food served during breakfast. The room has enough space, not big and not small too. The bed! It gave me a good2x sleep🙏🏻. Very comfortable. Cleanliness of the room is excellent. I will surely book the aame hotel on my next trip.

The location is outstanding. A lot of places for example restaurants, shopping malls, sightseeing places or other stuff all within walking distance. Excellent hospitality. During the check-in, my room was upgraded for free for the duration of my stay. All the staff have been very friendly and helpful after checking out. I had an early appointment and therefore had to check out early in the morning. They offered to let my luggage be stored until I was finished. There was a sudden heavy rain and this left me soaking wet upon return. The staff offered me to shower and change at their facility. Their manager guided/escorted me there and shows of their excellent service. The interior has been renovated recently and it shows. It's very unique and calming. On the ground floor there's also a café to satisfy your coffee or refreshing drinks needs. The upper floor has a nice swimming pool with view, to cool off and refresh your mind after travel and doing other tourist things During your stay they also include an afternoon tea which offers fresh fruits, sandwiches, waffles and other items that changes daily. The dining area plays a calming music and the view you have around the market area is lovely. A nice place to be and escape the loud and busy daily life in the city.

Since the moment you enter you are greeted by a fantastic lobby. The hotel is amazing and our room was huge. But the staff is so nice. They are always happy to assist you in any way. The breakfast was huge and delicious! I just have great things to say about this hotel! Very well recommended

    Look the show was incredible. Must see.

    Look the show was incredible. Must see. Live singing and drums, puppetry, the very best. Be sure your advance tickets are completely printed to pdf on your phone or to paper long before you show up. Or, just show up and buy from the box office and hope they have enough seats. My problem is their ticketing practices. Bought my tickets in advance using ticketbox.vn. Bought front row seats. Showed up and they had ruthlessly placed another row of loose chairs in front. Also, their website process for getting the tickets was not clear, and the staff at the door WOULD NOT help. The website said they would email the tickets. When the email didn't arrive I thought I'd just go to the box office and ask them to print. But the box office said ticketbox.vn is a seperate business and wouldn't help. Box office told me to go to the front door which I did. They wouldn't help. I spent about 10 minutes trying to download the tickets at the door and the staff refused to look up my name. Good thing I finally figured out how to download the tickets from the website. Finally after that stressful ordeal, right as I was able to get the QR codes on my phone- then the staff finally decided to stop being lazy and looked on their records, saw my name. They could have done that earlier if they wanted to be helpful.
