There are 0 negatives. The staff was the friendliest I’ve come across in Vietnam. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable. The staff can help you with absolutely anything you need. I loved it here! It also had one of the better breakfasts I’ve had while here.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Shining Central Hotel. The staff were exceptionally humble, kind, and attentive throughout my visit. A special mention goes to Molly at the front desk — from the moment I checked in until the day I left, she consistently checked on us and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Most importantly, I had accidentally left behind a bag containing money at the hotel. Molly not only ensured it was safely found, but also arranged to have it sent to me via courier. Her honesty and professionalism were truly remarkable. This level of integrity and care is rare to find. I highly recommend staying at this hotel — both for the comfort and the outstanding staff who make you feel safe and cared for.
