I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Mr. Jack, who offered the kindest service to my parents. It was my first time to send my parents overseas without me, and he told me that he will take care of my parents from now on when I contacted him after their arrival at HAN airport(he actually DID). He continuously sent me the updates about my parents and recommended nice spots for them to enjoy. I have never seen such a kind and gentle person. My parents were so sad to leave the hotel after the check out, without saying good bye to him F2F(he was not at the front desk at that time, I believe). Regarding the hotel itself, my parents absolutely loved the hotel's breakfast and they sent me the beautiful pictures as they were immensely impressed.

Hanoi Lheritage Diamond hotel was a great way to start off a vacation. Right in the heart of the main area of Hanoi, the Hotel is close to so many restaurants, shops and things to see, as well as super close to the lake to stroll around. The public areas and rooms are all clean and aesthetically appealing. Beds are super comfy and it is nice to have a bathtub after a hot summer day in Hanoi. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again when coming back to Hanoi.

Very clean. Great amenities. We arrived during winter and was not able to enjoy the rooftop pool. I can see this being a very big incentive during the hotter months. The view from the sky bar was beautiful. The staff are exceptional and provide top notch service.

First time in Hanoi with no prior knowledge of the city I chose this hotel and it truly was an amazing experience. From the moment we reached the bottom steps luggage was swiftly taken care of as we were ushered to a table for welcome tea. The smell of the hotel isn't something I often comment on but this place smelt like we were in some luxury brand store. Room and bathroom was very pleasant and I loved the French old world architecture of this hotel. Location wise it was close to all the major tourist attraction like Old Quarters, Big Church, ice cream (Tràn Tiền), etc.
