Excellent location in the Old Quarter. Though the neighourhood that the hotel is in is very busy, the hotel felt like a secret zen escape. It was a joy to come back to it each time we would go out. Loved the skybar. Excellent breakfast. Very spacious rooms. Staff was very welcoming and courteous. Would highly recommend for a stay in Hanoi.

Breakfast was very good. Specially the Vietnam soup which included for breakfast was very tasty. All the staff members very efficient .They are helping to visitors in all the ways. They offered us a free room upgrade for 04 days period. It was very good and the city view was excellent. I am recommending this hotel those who are visiting the Hanoi Old Quarters. It is very near to Night market and Hoin Kem lake. If we go again to Hanoi this hotel will be my first choice. Thank you for all staff members. Special thank for front office MANAGER.

Everything was incredible - hotel was clean, staff was kind + helpful, very flexible and open (we asked to shower before heading to the airport and we also asked to settle part of the bill in cash in order to depart Vietnam with no extra cash). The room was clean and smelled great, the rooftop bar had the best cocktails I have ever tried, breakfast was amazing with lots of delicious choices, the view was spectacular, the payment was easy, and we had a comfortable, easy ride with a paid shuttle to the airport. It really was the best hotel we stayed at in all Vietnam and I would go back in heartbeat. Worth every penny and completely satisfied! Thank you!

This property is an easy walk from the train station and an even easier walk to Hanoi's famous train street. You can also walk to the old quarter but for everything else it's an convenient grab ride. The room was large and well appointed (fridge and hair dryer!). The manager Ms. Huyen was awesome: she reached out to me before I arrived on whatsapp, let me check in early, and let me extend my stay an extra night via text with no issues. If you're looking for somewhere conveniently located, reasonably priced, and with a friendly staff to stay in central Hanoi give this place a go!

Hotel Manager Ms My and her team at Hanoi Lheritage Hotel were amazing. So friendly and helpful. Hotel rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Wonderful location. Great recommendations for Banh Mi and Coconut Coffee too. Would highly recommend if going to Hanoi.

    It's larger than you think, so give yourself some time to...

    It's larger than you think, so give yourself some time to take it all in. You could just spend a couple of hours and skim over it, or you could spend all day. There's a lovely cafe at the northern end to break up your sight-seeing, refresh and keep going. The signage isn't fantastic, so use your maps & guides as much as you can or you might lose your bearings!

    The staff were very helpful and friendly! The coffee was delicious and the breakfast was tasty. Very clean room. The hotel itself is located 5 mins away from the entrance to the imperial citadel which is super convenient and is just across the river which has a beautiful park running along it. Also right beside a bus station which is also super convenient.10/10 would recommend.

    Host is very nice, location is great, making it very walkable for the Imperial Citadel. Lots of great restaurants right next door–Banh ep–and cool cafes that are very local and authentic. Room was spacious and had a table to sit and write. Bathroom was modern and clean. Porch for fresh air. Key easily accessible in front. The house is new, clean and modern. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable.

    Perfectly located in an area full of restaurants, bars and coffee shops, closed to traffic in the evening and within walking distance to the imperial citadel, which is definitely worth visiting. I had a room in the top floor, it was nice and clean with a good shower. Breakfast was good, both Vietnamese and Western style. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. They can arrange a car with driver if you fly from/to Da Nang with stops along the way (for example the Marble Mountain with its fascinating caves).

    Hotel was perfectly located right next to the Imperial Citadel. Easy walking to lots of restaurants, shopping, and the old town of Hue. The rooms themselves were beautiful and spacious, with high ceilings, comfortable beds, nice amenities. We loved the orange color of the hotel and the layout. The pool looked nice too, wish we had had time to use it. Breakfast was a good inclusion, great traditonal Vietnamese coffee!
