This place had to be the absolute number one place during my stay in Vietnam. The views were great, the staff went far far far beyond expectation, the room was amazing, the tub was beautiful, the breakfast amazing, one of the best spa experiences we received as well. This place literally has it all. It was my girlfriend's birthday and I chose this place because of its fantastic reviews and it didn't disappoint. My partner went to the spa and said it was "life-changing." They allowed us to check in a little early, I prepared a birthday surprise for her and the staff knew, gave her all special treatment in the spa and even got us a beautiful cake just for her. No extra cost, they just went the extra mile. Any request was fulfilled beyond what was required and always asked if there was anything else, and to never hesitate to talk with them. The room was beautiful, but the shining beauty was definitely the bath tub. It was gorgeous and was a perfect way to end a birthday with relaxation. I cannot express how grateful and astonished by how wonderful Cozy Savvy was. When I return to Hoi An, I will not even look for another place to stay.

The best hotel we have stayed in Vietnam. Was like heaven.. Food was fantastic! Room was super clean.. best interiors. Cycles for free! They arrange cabs for you! Mr n mrs Son, the owners of the hotel were super friendly and so helpful

After a long trip throughout Vietnam and staying in many places, we decided to pick this hotel for our last destination before heading back home. It was by far the best accommodation we had in Vietnam and had everything you could hope for. The rooms were nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. The location was perfect, the pool was amazing, price was extremely good value… and then of course the staff. Linda and Kevin were absolutely perfect. Between providing us with the best recommandations, organizing our rides to the airport, their friendliness and how accommodating they were… Literally made us feel at home. Kevin was reaching out long before our check-in to make sure our arrival would be perfect, and he did such a great job. I will come back to Hoi An and I know exactly where I’ll be staying!!

The staff is really friendly and they are always willing to help and make you feel comfortable. The facilities are nice and it’s well located. Just a few minutes from the main touristic area. I’d definitely stay here again.

    My Son was one of my favorites because it was not as crowded...

    My Son was one of my favorites because it was not as crowded. Lots of walking. Recommend you get the My Son App as it will give you details about the ancient history of the Champa Kingdom. It’s hot and humid, bring water and wear something comfortable. Highly recommend reading about the Champa Kingdom before going to Vietnam.

    Learn much about Cham culture and their brilliant building skills. Incredible- do it with a guide though. And learn why the Americans and the French should be ashamed of their conduct there. To the French government “give back all the stolen Buddha heads you have stashed in the Louvre in Paris” to not do so is unforgivable.

    Loved the quiet setting near the river. About 15’ by bike from the Old Town. Great bedroom. Pretty wood. We had a corner room with a fantastic view. Staff very friendly. They organized a good driver to go to My Son sanctuary and to Danang. Pool pleasant
