The staff were so accommodating, we arrived early morning they gave us coffee and fruit and arranged a room early for us at no extra cost. They gave us so much information on the area. There was nothing at all that was too much trouble. The manager arranged a bus for us but there was a problem with the van so the manager took us and our luggage over to the bus.

The staff is so responsive and caring. The best customer experience ever! They dedicate enough time to explain to you about the best spots in the town, good tailors and how to move around. They also provide bicycles. The location is great as well! close enough to the Old town and bars, but very quiet as well for resting. The pool is a great addition for hot days in Hoi An.

Excellent hotel in Hue. The room was very comfortable and spacious...and the balcony was great. Amy and everyone else on the staff were very attentive, helpful, and friendly. Breakfast was very good with a good selection of food available. The young lady managing breakfast was very nice. The hotel is centrally located in Hue with lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

The Hotel was just epic. Very dark paint, gold lamps, very comfortable room, very delicious breakfast, and the staff was just perfect <3 - especially Hà! She was just so nice, she organised everything for us and looked up every information and please dont think and book the DMZ tour. We had a local guide named THACH (TAJK) nice lady with good english and local information, we had a lovely stay!
