Everything was great. The service of the staff was amazing. From the moment we arrived, they had everything prepared for us and the check in was simple and quick. During the breakfast, I asked for soy milk and they were kind enough to bring it for me. Mr. Kim made our stay awesome and easy, he organized our trip back to hanoi and helped us with recommendations about what to do and how. They helped us on all the arrangements and they even offer to move the breakfast time to suit out schedule. 10/10 really.

Great location. Beautiful views and 5 minutes walk to Sapa centre. Breakfast was great and the staff are super helpful. Julie, the hotel manager during our stay, was very attentive and personable. Her and her team made us feel very welcome.

The property has an excellent location, close to everything. The rooms are tidy, clean a the amenities are good. The staff there are super helpful and always working hard. Our stay didn’t include breakfast, and when we arrived they offered it to us( breakfast was varied, so anyone can find what he likes) . Which I find is super thoughtful from them, they also gaved us a cute gift upon our leaving.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The rooms were modern and clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The location may not be right in the town center, but it was peaceful and relaxing. I really appreciated the extra touches like the staff packing food for our journey and allowing us to wait comfortably in the lobby. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Sapa.

    1. The staff were super friendly and helpful. 2. They were able to handle all my excursions directly from the reception . 3. Yummy breakfast - both Vietnamese and Continental. 4. It was very close to Sapa market as well as Sao Viet bus terminal. 5. Comparably speaking, the room was much bigger than other hotels with similar rates.

    Nice property, a bit off the main Sapa market square Good buffet breakfast, with a good mix of traditional Vietnamese dishes and international cuisine They have a very nice spa, the red dao herbal bath is definitely worth trying

    The location was perfect, right in the heart of Sapa town. We were within easy walking distance to Sapa Market and the local church. Our favorite part was definitely the magnificent view of the Hoang Lien mountains from our room – simply breathtaking! The hotel had everything we needed as a family, including spacious rooms and extra beds for the kids. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base to explore Sapa.
