The properly is close by walk to to the lotte department store as well as Vincom Center Metropolis with a lotte mart located in the same location as the hotel. The Sky Lounge is located in the same building with easy access from the hotel itself Getting a tax to the old quarter is around 20min by car so overall a good location

The staff is very accommodating. Breakfast was different everyday. It’s close to the shopping areas so we would just leave the hotel and walk around the streets to shop. The bathrooms are very luxurious, nice water pressure and we never ran out of hot water.

The hotel was conveniently located in the old quarter, off of a main street so it wasn’t noisy yet everything was steps away. The staff were superb. They went out of their way to make sure we had a nice stay. From an early check-in to arranging for a driver for a day trip to Haiphong (thank you Andrew!). We appreciate their warmth and flexibility. And we enjoyed the breakfast that was included, there was a good variety and it was tasty.
