From the start till the end of our stay, we were simply blown away by the hospitality, the design, the location, the views, and the fantastic welcoming staff. We came for a trip to South Africa to celebrate my birthday and the staff prepared a beautiful welcome setting in our room. The rooms are impeccably stylish and comfortable, everything is thought through till the very detail, and the views from the hotel are just out of this world. What needs a special praise is the cafe/restaurant area and oh god the delicious breakfasts!! Downright best breakfasts we have ever had in a hotel. We also enjoyed coming up for an evening drink (the restaurant makes very nice cocktails) and enjoying the ocean view. Finally a huge thank you to all the staff who were just beyond amazing - it truly felt like home. As for the location, it was a great and safe spot for a Cape Town visit location in good uber distance to all major sightseeing spots. Can't recommend this place enough and simply can't wait to return!!!

Super clean, spacious, comfy, combat, and definitely feels homy away from home. Loved how the hotel is decorated and rest assured the pics aint doing it justice at all, the reality is much more visually appealing! The Gigi Rooftop Restaurant is another great story! My wife loved the Avo Egg for breakfast and I loved the Whole Fish for dinner ! The restaurant gets busy with outside guests which is something we loved big time because it feels like we’re still hanging out and not back after a long day. Richard, Dillon, and Tashreeq were of great help and support and were going above and beyond to make our experience memorable ! I have never suffered even a bit from the housekeeping services like in any other hotel. The room was super clean and ready for us around the clock. Let alone the receptionists great help, Lusanda was a super host by DNA I shall claim! He is a true gentleman with genuine care about his guests. He did help us in booking our Helicopter Trip, Gold Restaurant, and Car Rental as well as several sightseeing spots like Capepoint, Penguin Beach and the Safari.
