Urs provided good communication and instructions on getting into the complex and into the apartment. Great location a few minutes walk from the Knysna Waterfront Shops, walking distance to cafes, a bakery and restaurants. Beautiful view of the water. Heaters in all the rooms was great since there was cold windy weather while we were there. The Laguna Grove complex felt very secure with good gates and security.
