The owner contacted us shortly after our booking to confirm our check-in time, which was a thoughtful and professional touch. Despite our late arrival, the staff remained friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The owner truly stands out, bringing a warm and energetic presence that adds to the overall experience. Their enthusiasm and attention to detai(I really liked the Nemo and Dory , not something you see everywhere and also notr to the attention a aquarium actually needs)create a positive atmosphere that makes guests feel valued. Overall, a well-managed boutique with excellent service and a personal touch. Highly recommended.

The place is nice and quite the food everything was good and the staff was friendly I like their smile they also there to assist if you need anything the rooms was nice and clean I really enjoyed my stay there I will definitely come back again

We are so happy we found One o Eight Boutique Hotel! We were looking for an airport hotel as we transfered overnight, and this was perfect... we only wish we could have stayed an additional day. The rooms were sparkling clean, with a very comfortable bed and a fantastic shower/bathroom. We were also very grateful that they provided a delicious and full breakfast a little early as we had an early flight. There is also a shuttle. We look forward to staying again!

The convenience of having the airport a stone throw away. The host allowed me to check in late and organized the shuttle to fetch me as late as it was. It was a short but very pleasant stay and would highly recommend.

Good location if you need to be close to the airport. Friendly staff; they fetched us dinner despite the fact that the restaurant was already closed.

Unfortunately on Booking.com it states breakfast is provided but none was provided. We enquired and the staff said no. The place was lovely, clean and safe considering we also had good we were transporting.

I love the tranquility and the absolute beauty of this place. We landed on Christmas morning and left next day to Namibia. Photos don't justify the cleanliness of this place. The security top notch, we felt safe. Huge comfy beds. Definitely recommend this place ... oh and forgot inexpensive.

Very nice and comfortable rooms, staff was very friendly and helpful, the dinner at The Grill restaurant and the breakfast buffet better were exceptional!

It was great having free scheduled Shuttle bus. And there was a possibility to use bathroom/shower facilities even after check out.

It’s close to the airport but less expensive & much nicer than an airport hotel. It’s in a tranquil setting. Wonderful artwork, lots of different areas to sit & relax, fantastic restaurant & friendly staff.
