We stayed here for our wedding anniversary. The staff were exceptional especially Nomvelo and Lucky. Nomvelo upgraded us and they arranged for an anniversary cake and rose petals in the room, which was a wonderful surprise. The deluxe unit was beautiful. Its a special thing to fall off to sleep to sound of the sea. All units are seafacing with the Beverly Hills Hotel being the oldest 5 star hotel in Durban. The staff made our stay -warm, kind and professional.
