It’s a good budget family guesthouse in haldwani. Located in a quiet residential area a bit far from the center, it is very calm and quiet. Rooms are simple, nice and cheap. Rohit the host is a very sweet and generous person (he even upgraded my room for no cost). I only stayed briefly but enjoyed my stay and would definitely come again if i have the chance

The cottages are located in the middle of the mountains, very serene and beautiful place with a sunset point from the road only about 30m from the property. Both the owner and the staff were super accommodating and always responded very quickly whenever we asked something, and the food was very good and affordable as well. The shower/sink drain got slightly clogged at one point but within a few minutes after we told the staff they came and fixed it, there was also hot water 24/7. Definitely recommend staying here if you want to explore the mountains around Nainital!
