Very clean inside and out of the room. Great lighting. Recently remodeled. Responsive HVAC, plus a fake fireplace. Also, plenty of electric plug-ins. Included fridge, microwave and Keurig. The hotel portion is right on the water!

great location. very clean. great water pressure. The lady who does the cleaning was very helpful, on the questions I had, when office was closed. Does a good job cleaning the room. Owner checked me in. Felt comfortable as soon as I arrived. Look forward to staying here again.

Always, this is the only place we stay when in Big Bear for the last 25 years!!!! The room was clean, large, with a fireplace and jacuzzi. Decor was warm and inviting. Wonderful places to eat at nearby. And easy access to transit around Big Bear. And pets are allowed.

I am in love with this place. The space is immaculate, very clean and well kept. it is evident that the hotel is a labour of love and not someone’s “job”. It is genuinely cared for and loved on. They thought of everything you need and nothing that you don’t. The little details - down to the property map & surrounding eateries - like the phone numbers of each one on the map! They are helpful, kind, thoughtful and warm. We are up in Big Bear frequently, but when we go to Snow Valley for bike racing or skiing we will be staying here.
