The property features BBQ facilities, a games room and a library. There is so much I can say about this amazing retreat but not enough room! This quiet remote area is just the right distance from civilisation. The bungalows are amazing, spa, kitchen and dual showers allow for a relaxing get away if couples don’t want to go anywhere. Very clean, comfortable and situated in the heart of nature. Our view was right on the river and made an excellent experience having breakfast on the balcony. If you do want to get out, 15-20min from beaches, restaurants and shopping mall. Jervis bay has multiple locations to enjoy beaches or bush walks. Lisa is an absolute gem and helps in any way she can.

Perisher Ski Resort is 2 km from Boonoona Ski Lodge, while Lake Jindabyne is 43 km away. A big thanks to the manager who was super helpful through out my stay. Dinner was amazing, far beyond other ski lodges I stayed near by. The property was immaculately clean and extremely well maintained for a building at it’s age.

The property is 25 minutes' drive from Mudgee. Beautifully maintained, comfy and spacious. The wood fire really added a touch of country and the views from the window-walls were spectacular!

Featuring spectacular views over Lake Jindabyne and the mountains, Troldhaugen Lodge - Adults Only offers boutique, European-style accommodation comprising modern rooms with stylish bathrooms and elegant lounge areas. The property features two shared lounge areas, one with a log fireplace and a selection of books, magazines and board games and the other lounge area with a chess set and TV with DVD player. I liked that we were greeted on arrival we walked in front door then pressed the bell for assistance then was assisted and shown around. I loved that the room had quite a large bathroom which I very much loved because it meant I wasn't squished when trying to move around which can sometimes be hard with my medical on some mornings. I loved the surroundings and the area it's self being not right in town near a pub or something like that and that it was quiet. You can have breakfast at a communal dining area if you want to. I couldn't stay as needed to head off early to an appointment but the lovely host offered me a piece of fruit to take with me in the road and I happy accepted a couple of Bananas just to start off my morning. I very much appreciated that thanks. 🙂
