He tries not just meet your expectations, but exceed them, that’s why we felt like very welcomed guests. Otto picked us up from the train station, drove to supermarket in Visp, and he also offered to drive us to nice cosy restaurant in mountains but we decided not to go and relax in lodge. We had everything - fridge full with food, Lindt chocolates and drinks, 2 big TVs with Netflix, nice terrace, great sound system, comfortable bed and as a present to bring home - bottle of champaign. It was great stay and we hope to return again! Thank you, Otto!

This chalet-style hotel is located in the centre of Zermatt, within 500 metres of Zermatt Train Station and all cable cars. The Weisshorn’s restaurant serves Swiss cuisine and Valais specialities. Rooms offer free Wi-Fi. Great stay for great price. Right in the city center and so easy to walk everywhere! Would easily stay here again. Shared bathroom was no issue. Everything was super clean and again the price was great.

The breakfast was good. The room was the best room of all the 3 hotels I stayed at in Switzerland and I set myself a maximum budget of 90 CHF for a single room. It had its own toilet amd shower.

Each room is equipped with a work desk and cable TV. Private bathrooms are also provided. Friendly staff, whether it's the reception or restaurant at breakfast and dinner. They try to accommodate to our request as much as possible. Spa is new and enjoyable. Hotel guests need to book a time slot to use the spa; bathrobes, slippers and towels are provided. The ski room is great: spacious, neat and with ventilation.

Situated in the peaceful village of Grimentz amid the Wallis Alps, only 30 metres from the ski pistes and opposite the Grimentz - Zinal Cable Car, the Hotel Alpina features charming mountain-style rooms with a balcony. Free WiFi access is available in public areas. Everything was great at Alpina! It was a very cozy hotel at a very reasonable price. Location was perfect and literally right across the street from the gondola and walking distance to the grocery store, ski stores, and other restaurants. Hotel and restaurant staff was wonderful (especially Summer), the spa was amazing, ski room was very convenient, view from the room was beautiful, and the food at the restaurant was very good. Also, no issues with noise - the walls seemed quite thick. The spa was a really great feature (and free!) - we would book the time we wanted to go the night before and it was the perfect way to wind down after skiing (steam room, sauna, hot tub, spa beds). We are very pleased with our experience staying here and will definitely be coming back if we plan to ski again in Switzerland. We have already been telling friends and family to come stay here!
