Nothing. The host was mean and hostile from the moment we got there. The first and only bad experience I had on our trip. Stay away from this place and save yourself the trouble.

Everything was A+++, Juanita is very sweet, the cabaña was very clean and everything was there to have a great stay :) confortable bed, beautiful place, a bit out of town but it was simply perfect!!

Everything was great. The view is incredible. Best place we have stayed in Patagonia.

Our family had one of the older rooms with two twin beds and the recently built cabin with a queen. The rooms had a beautiful view of the lake. The rooms were beyond our expectations. Pablo is an amazing chef - breakfasts were great and we enjoyed the menu at dinner every evening. He also gave great recommendations for activities before arrival and during our trip.

Surrounded by a lush garden, Mallin Colorado Ecolodge offers wooden cottages overlooking General Carrera Lake.

Angelica, the host was very welcoming and supportive of our requests… she made the difference between visiting the usual nice structure and the lack of care (this happens a lot in Chile). The human factor in this place is the perk.

Beautiful location surrounded by nature, views of valleys and mountains. The food was not exceptional but well prepared. The Lodge itself is well designed in the farmhouse country-side kind of style, huge windows, nice furniture, and it feels like a private retreat rather than a hotel. The manager was exceptional- he was at 5 different places at the same time, finding time to greet all guests, offer meals and services and attention.
