Excellent location within a walking distance from the center/shops/restaurants/cafes, but still quiet at night and 1 min from the ocean where you can walk on the beach. We were welcomed with delicious chocolate muffins. The lady who owns the place is absolutely lovely - super friendly and welcoming, gave us her WhatsApp if we had questions. Bed is comfy, place is clean and has a large window. Exactly as advertised. Very safe, properly locks with a gate. Punta arenas is generally very safe.

Located in Torres del Paine, Konkashken Lodge offers accommodation with free WiFi in the common area. Free private parking available. Guests will found both shared dormitories and bungalows. Patrick, the owner, was incredible! He totally saved us when we got a flat tire. There are no service stations for 90 miles, but Patrick repaired our flat on the spot. He also offered to sell us gasoline if we ran short (which is easy to do in Torres del Paine - no service stations anywhere near). The view from the lodge across the Serano River towards the Horns was amazing.

The most absolutely stunning property I have ever been to! And the food, it was easily the best food I have ever had at a hotel/lodge. You can tell the wine list is carefully chosen, was the beer. There is not a think about the whole experience that isn’t carefully thought-out for that matter. All of the staff were endlessly sweet and very diligent about trying to make this a truly wonderful experience for everyone who walks through their doors.

The eating space and rooms have a great view of the Beagle Channel and the mountains in Argentina, and we saw cows, geese, and wild horses from our window. The food for lunch and dinner was absolutely stellar and created by a chef. It is a Prix Fixe menu and everything we received was amazing. We arranged transportation to and from the airport and everything went smoothly, including registering with the Police for our trek and stopping at the market. The location was perfect for our Dientes de Navarino trek and the horseback riding nearby was a great time, arranged by Errante. We were only there two nights, but if felt like a long time, in the best way possible. The staff was great, the view was beautiful, and we got great sleep. I highly recommend this property. Don't forget to say hello to Benito, a dog on the property that is impossible not to be charmed by.
