The lodge offers a continental or American breakfast. There is a 20 minutes walk to get to the finca and you follow the beautiful stream, sound of water along the way & see all the variety of plants growing. I got a warm welcome from the staff & Polo. To my surprise there was a delicious treat once I arrived. I like the fact that we are further from all the touristy areabut still close by with the bus or motortaxi. It almost feels like a mini community & i would definitly stay more than 1 night when i come again. Polo uses alot of his own produce thats on the finca to prepare the meals so the flavors of the food served is amazing! I ate like a queen :) The cacao tour was very nice and it only made me even more passionate of chocolate, enjoy & savor it before you leave Much gratitude to have met everyone here & to be part of this hidden gem 😊🌺

An à la carte breakfast is available at the lodge. At Finca Barlovento Cabaña, Tayrona you will find a restaurant serving American, Cajun Creole and Caribbean cuisine. Vegetarian, dairy-free and vegan options can also be requested. Beautiful location by the ocean . You hear the waves all day and night . Very calm and soothing place . Guests at the lodge can enjoy an American breakfast. Watchakyta is such a unique and wonderful place to relax and disconnect: the beach is beautiful, the place is calm, there is no noise but those of nature. The team working there is absolutely amazing, everyone is super nice and as helpful as possible. We stayed 3 nights and it was the perfect spot to get some rest, swim and sleep on the beach, contemplating the ocean bay :) We will keep lovely memories from our stay here!

Quetzal Dorado Eco-Lodge by Mareygua is located in Los Naranjos, only 1.5 km away from the entrance of Tayrona National Park in El Zaino. The property is an eco-friendly hostel that offers private rustic rooms with balcony and bathroom. Carolina & her staff went far beyond the call & made me feel right at home. When I arrived a day early, they found me a room in a wonderful beach cabana at the same amazing rate. The local bus, which stops directly in front of the lodge every five minutes, made getting around a breeze. I hope to return one day!

A continental breakfast is available at the lodge. It's simply a piece of paradise in the jungle. Definitely the most special stay I had in Colombia. The owner Gabriel speaks very good English and provides with all information and recommends great places around. The lady who works there (Carmen) is fantastic. She prepares simple but delicious breakfast and takes care of the facility (always with a great smile). The bungalows are amazing, big and simple to relax and sleep well. Mosquito nets everywhere. The big bungalows have and open space above the room to practice yoga. Great restaurant and bar a few minutes on foot. El Zaino entrance for Tyrona Parque Nacional is 2,5 km walking distance. Thank you so much for such an amazing stay!!!!

Simón Bolívar International Airport is 46 km from the property, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. This is a beautiful house with outstanding Mountain Views. You can see the dedication of the owner on every detail. It has everything one needs for a very comfortable stay. Premium mattress and linens, hot water, tasteful decorations and lots of small details. Yuca restaurant is a few steps away and we enjoyed great breakfast and dinners. Tayrona Park is 10 minutes walking distance.

What makes this place so great, as so many have alluded to, is Fiona and Helmut - lovely, hospitable hosts who do everything they can to make you feel welcome. Loved the breakfasts and Helmut’s cooking in the evening was excellent too. The location is just magnificent and the views from the Finca and from the poolside are unforgettable - banana trees, jungle and the beautiful coastline. It is a rustic place but with lots of beautiful touches and a great spot from which to totally unwind and escape - though we also used it as a base to explore nearby Tayrona National Park and Palomino, both short bus rides away from the bottom of the hill. Thank you guys for sharing your slice of paradise with us, we miss it already!

With mountain views, Entre Bosques Tayrona is situated in Los Naranjos and has a restaurant, a concierge service, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and terrace. Both WiFi and private parking are accessible at the lodge free of charge. We liked the location very much, it's in the middle of the jungle. The hike towards the place is easy (about 20 min), a nice way to walk! You can also drive there or take the mototaxi. The staf is amazing and super friendly, the property is family owned, and rustic. Perfect for exploring Tayrona National Park and having a relaxt time!

Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino is 32 km from the lodge, while Santa Marta Gold Museum is 35 km from the property. Simón Bolívar International Airport is 44 km away, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. Great room with jungle view and private pool. Saw lots of monkeys and birds. Went on an awesome cacao tour in the mountain. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great.
