Nastanitev The Sett on The Wharfe se nahaja približno 38 km od znamenitosti Gledališče Royal Hall in ponuja razgled na reko, teraso ter balkon. Stayed there for three nights, working remotely until afternoon and then going hiking. There are a lot of nice hikes nearby - including a trail that starts just on the other side of the river. Car is necessary for access and for trails further away, but it's easy to find and has plenty of space to park. There are multiple dining options and a small grocery store just a short walk away. The place itself is lovely - beautiful peaceful location with amazing view, well kept facilities and delicious breakfast with enough options to try something new each morning. You can also meet local wildlife - birds, squirrels and local cats were frequent visitors on the balcony, deer and sheep wandering about in the distance. We also took a dip in the Wharfe, which I highly recommend to everyone who can handle the chilly water!

Set in Horton in Ribblesdale, 47 km from Lancaster, Ribblesdale Pods offers a garden and free WiFi. The pods were fantastic! Clean, comfortable and in a beautiful, peaceful setting. The hosts seemed to have thought of everything we may need and were extremely friendly and accommodating. We wished we could have stayed longer than 2 night. The hot tub was a real bonus and the perfect place to relax after a day of walking.

It is one of the nicest places we have stayed, the staff couldn't have been any nicer, they were so welcoming! We had an 18 month old Labrador with us, she was made such a fuss off, very dog friendly. Food was lovely, it is such a cosy welcoming pub. The accommodation was lovely, nice little hamper left for breakfast and the bed was exceptionally comfortable and big! Great location for walking and visiting other towns near by.

Acorn Glade is an adult-only glamping retreat located on a lake-side meadow and woodland site on the fringes of the Vale of York and the Yorkshire Wolds. The location was beautiful in front of the lake. The boat was free to use and good fun. Plenty of board games, an old school pac man game, alpacas and wallabies! So much stuff to do. The cabin was beautiful and quirky with kitsch decor. Here were tea and coffee facilities and a wood burner. The bed was really comfy too! We felt so relaxed and peaceful and Wendy added some nice personal touches around the place such as a welcome plaque with our names on and hand written messages in the kitchen. Would highly recommend staying here. We will be back!
