The place is quiet, in the middle of the nature, reachable by train. It's clean and well equipped. The hosts are such nice people: genuinely friendly and respectfull. We booked a dinner as well and we are glad we did. The meal that Lucie prepared for us was healthy, fresh, original and delicious. There are a lot of walking paths starting from the eco-hytta. We hope we'll get the chance to go back there some other times.

Nice and friendly owners and well equipped cabin. Quiet neighborhood, and the sound from the river that flows just by the cabin will make you sleep instantly. Good and comfortable beds in the bedrooms.

Maristuen Fjellferie features mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Borgund, 17 km from Borgund Stave Church. We loved the Kungsvägen - Kings Road which you could walk a lovely 7km loop straight from the cabins.. beautiful and we loved Knut's enthusiasm and he was so welcoming and it was comfy and warm and cosy, great views from our cabin deck, easy to find, we'd definitely love to stay again and spend more time walking locally. And itwas short drive to the fantastic Borgund Stave Church. We charged our car there, which was super handy.
