Featuring lake views, Arctic Gourmet Cabin in Kiruna features accommodation, free bikes, a garden, a terrace, a restaurant and a bar. Both WiFi and private parking are accessible at the lodge free of charge. The host, Johan, was really nice and hospitable and the location itself was lovely as it was remote and allowed us to gaze up at the aurora without light pollution getting in the way. Unfortunately I believe those were the only two reasons I was not entirely disappointed with my choice.

Reindeer Lodge features a sauna and free private parking, and is within 23 km of Kiruna Train Station and 20 km of Kiruna Bus Station.

Buffet and continental breakfast options are available at the lodge. It has great staff and a beautiful location. We also got free breakfast, dinner and tickets to a museum about the Sami People which was fascinating.

The lodge features a barbecue. I liked absolutely everything. Great experience of escaping from the city and being among nature. Stefan is a great host! We also took a snowmobile tour and enjoyed winter activities. Also, from the house along the lake you can walk in an hour to the ice hotel, and along the way you can enjoy the snow, mountains, forest and beautiful views. I hope that we will return to Camp Caroli once again to see the northern lights again and live this experience away from the city alone with nature.

Aurora Camp Kurravaara offers a range of accommodation from simple cabins and cottages without running water, to unique glass huts and private fully equipped cabins. In the summer Aurora Camp Kurravaara also offers tree tents. Bed linen and towels are always included. The patrons of the property, every staff were so courteous. They were sharing all the information relevant to the stay. They were very helpful and accommodative. Would certainly love to return , to watch the Northern Lights, which we missed this time. Transparent billing and worth the time spent.I booked this property from India through Booking. Com. Enjoyed my stay in the Panaroma cabin with view of endless snow.

LKAB Visitor Centre is 18 km from the lodge, while Esrange Space Center is 31 km from the property. Kiruna Airport is 11 km away, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. Location is perfect for watching aurora
