We really enjoyed our time at Tugela River Lodge. There’s so many things to do within the property like kayak, mountain bike, trails, and little farm area. It’s very clean and the staff and owner are super friendly and always willing to assist. The farm stall has a lot of supplies, so if you forget anything you wouldn’t even need to drive out. Very pet friendly as well - everything we could do with our little mini dachshund. She loved her time there and the fenced off area is big and safe. The wood-fired tub is an amazing way to wind down. The view is amazing and Bheki always comes to help fire it up ahead of time. All in all a fantastic experience as a couple, and I’m sure it’d be lovely for a family and friends group too!

Birches Cottage & the Willows Garden Room se nachází v destinaci Underberg a nabízí sezónní venkovní bazén, zahradu, terasu, vybavení pro grilování a výhled do zahrady. Duck and Elsabe are a beautiful couple. They have put some much love and attention to the place and also made us feel like home. We enjoyed their beautiful garden, so so special it was!! And after our stay they also helped us with the flat tires that we had. Really appreciate all the help and the stay. Thankyou very much 😊

Greenfire Drakensberg Lodge se nachází v Kruisfonteinu. Ubytování má solární pohon a nabízí sruby v kanadském stylu. Hosté si mohou vychutnat výhled na okolní hory a přírodní rezervace. we love the location, the view from the lodge is beautiful. everything was above what we expected , nicely furnished, very clean, well maintained, very good fresh home made food, and very nice staff.

Montusi Mountain Lodge offers a bar and is located 44 km from Bergville. Guests receive free Wi-Fi access, a children's playground and a swimming pool. Montusi Lodge will always be among the most special places we have ever visited. The grounds are gorgeous and location stunning - remote, with birdsong, epic views towards the Drakensberg amphitheatre and spectacular skies. The food is superb with a daily changing menu and we looked forward to 4 course dinners each evening (and the wine list!). We stayed 5 nights and hiked every day. Before we got there, Dumisani was super helpful with pre-organising transfers to the Royal Natal National Park (about 25km) which has fabulous hiking. Shorter self-guided trails can also be done on the Montusi estate, right from the lodge. A really impressive operation for such a remote location and hosts Lindsey & Mick and their lovely team are to be congratulated. Thanks for making us so welcome and accommodating our thirst for the great outdoors!

Gowrie Farm Golf Lodge se nachází v Nottingham Road a nabízí výhled na golfové hřiště a panoramatický výhled na přehradu a svěží okolí. Má sluneční terasu a bar. Location was great, staff were friendly and helpful, our check in and out was a pleasure, our room was clean and very comfortable, the outlook was fantastic and our breakfast was exceptional as was the service. The overall decor was lovely too! We certainly hope to return again.

Winterton Lodge @ je obklopen zelení. Rose Cottage má také brouzdaliště. Winterton poskytuje elegantně zařízené pokoje se satelitní TV a vlastní koupelnou. The accommodation was amazing, comfy, cosy, lovely décor. Everything was provided for us. My brother's accommodation was perfect for him too. It was lovely to have the choice of either sitting out in the swing chair at our place, sitting up for a meal under shelter together. Or popping around to my brother's cottage and sitting on the verandah, watching and listening to the variety of birds at the damn. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Especially Sipwe and Jeanise ( sorry not sure how to spell them). It was a luxury to have our clothes laundered and ironed, thank you. The setting was very pretty and peaceful. Thank you :)

River Bend Farm se nachází v destinaci Lidgetton a nabízí venkovní bazén, fitness centrum, zahradu, sdílený lounge, terasu a výhled do zahrady. Such a lovely gem on a beautiful farm. The owners are such good people. We had car trouble on the way there and Jenny didn't hesitate to offer us assistance in driving us 40mins to the nearest car hire company. They really did go above and beyond to make us comfortable, even through such a stressful event. The farm and units are clean, comfortable and very well equipped. I would definitely go back anytime.

Host CJ is friendly and gladly shares his vast knowledge of his property's fascinating history. The view of Sounds in Silence is gorgeous and the aura peaceful. The bedroom we stayed in was tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. The private bathroom is spacious and spotless. My daughter and I loved our short stay, as did our spaniel.

Ondini Guest House se nachází v destinaci Winterton a poskytuje sdílený lounge, terasu a sdílenou kuchyň. Monks Cowl Country Club se nachází jen 8,2 km odtud. Excellent Host and accommodation in a beautiful area. The location is perfect, a little off for a very peaceful atmosphere. The house is huge and offers everything necessary for a great stay.
