Some units feature a balcony and/or a patio with river views. Location was amazing, staff is extremely friendly and helpful. All the extra options (breakfast game drive, pizza box etc.) are also great. Would 100% recommend this to everyone. Whole proces of very easy, from checkin to checkout. Also QR codes all over the place with instructional videos how to make a fire for the hottub etc. Also can greatly recommend the breakfast game drive. The owner drives you past his interesting family of animals, after which there will be a abundant breakfast waiting for you.

Situated at the base of the wild Tsitsikamma Mountains, The Fernery overlooks an impressive 30-metre waterfall in the Sanddrift River gorge. The deck area boasts a cocktail bar and free WiFi is available throughout.

The spacious rooms and suites are individually decorated and filled with light. Some rooms have fireplaces and offer scenic views. The elegant bathrooms have floor heating and heated towel rails. Just perfect! Just out in the bush everything was clean and comfortable. The most friendly staff and a good kitchen. Great hiking possibilities as well to enjoy nature. They are building a new restaurant and will turn parts of the old restaurant/bar into rooms. Just hope they keep some parts of the current restaurant for a drink since it has the most beautiful views!

Each room and chalet at Garden Route Game Lodge offers either views of the mountains or the valley. They are elegantly decorated with thatched roofs and wooden furniture. All of them have TVs with digital channels and a safe. Amazing place where you can rest, see animals in their natural habitat and eat great food. From the moment you pass through the gate everything is organised for you. The staff are so welcoming and attentive. The game drivers are so knowledgeable and engaging. We should have stayed more than two night’s! Our son , who is 9 years of age happily got up at 6 AM to go on a game drive . We all loved it. One of the most memorable experiences we had as a family!

With mountain views, Crags Country Lodge is located in The Crags and has a restaurant, luggage storage space, bar, garden, outdoor pool and terrace. Both WiFi and private parking are available at the lodge free of charge. The Lodge was amazing. Everything was brand new, so stylish and very thoughtful. The service was amazing and everyone went out of their ways to make the stay perfect. Such a lovely place!

With Goose Valley Golf Club reachable in 14 km, Knysna Elephant Park Lodge provides accommodation, a restaurant, a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace. Both WiFi and private parking are available at the lodge free of charge. Everything and everyone was above expectation, the room and the amenities were great. The bonus to be able and view the giants ar night was mindblowing. On-site Cafe was very good and the general feeling on the lodge was enjoyable. The staff were also exceptionally helpful and friendly.

The lodge offers a barbecue. Best place in Plett. Everything was perfect, the room well equipped, spacious and beautiful decoration. Dinner and breakfast were stunning. There is a very friendly cat 🫶🏾

Set in a forest and nestled among the trees, Moonshine on Whiskey Creek offers self-catering accommodation in wooden cabins, just toff the N2 national road and 15 km away from Plettenberg Bay.

The units are equipped with kitchen facilities, fireplace and seating area. Some of the bathrooms are fitted with a mosaic shower. Barbecue facilities are available. A lovely house in the trees, with a view. Quiet, cosy, stylish and comfortable. Great veranda to sit out on, and eat or read. Very convenient for the beautiful Garden Route. We wish we could have stayed longer. All the houses on the property are well separated from each other and not overlooked.
